This was a breakthrough for me, especially with the clarification and examples in the chat group.

Hi Jordan,
while we do not trade during Asian Session we still include the signal from the Asian Session correct ?
Jordan Lindsey
Yes, that’s right. While Asia is not traded the Asian candle is used for London entries. London candle used for NY entries.

another question Jordan,
for Forex, would it be advisable to enter positions during Sunday evening in NY ? this would the opening time for Forex after closing during the weekend if I understand correctly
Vik
I believe Sunday evening in NY means its the open of Asia, and Jordan always advises to stay away from Asia session, while we can use Asia sessions to look for entries we should still aim to make them during the London session would be early morning in NY (EST 3 AM).
Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect here!

HI Jordan, I noticed the above example Entry was based on the Lower Body of the Candle, instead of the Wick of the Candle. Could you verify again the text book Entry, is it based on the wick or the candle Body ?
Cheers

I have noticed that sometimes I am too quickly on getting the trade after the retest and resumption down .
To use the example shown (in my case) the candle would make a lower low than the previous candle, but barely and I would jump on the trade as I got the signal. Price could then turn around and resume up.
On the other side i am afraid that the trade could go down fast and i am missing the entry while it was clearly there in hindsight.
Do you have a tip on this Jordan?
Jordan Lindsey
I understand this well and experience it myself.
-If you don’t take the first resumption off of the level you may miss the trade as it could resume off.
-Sometimes the first higher high or lower low is not the best entry > there is no way to know ahead of time if it will be or will not be
However if you are placing your stop loss in a place where you know you are wrong regardless if it was the first entry or third entry the trade should work out in your favor unless you are stopped out.
DannyB
Thank you for clarifying. Sometimes the second or third might also offer a better/cleaner entry.

So we would be using sell stop orders as soon as resumption seems likely? I.E
when the second to last candle closed back red?
