Providing the Services. To create and manage your account, process payments, grant access to course materials and TradingView scripts, deliver daily market walkthroughs, and maintain your community access.
Communication. To send you transactional emails (account confirmations, payment receipts, membership renewals, access notifications), respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.
Improvement and analytics. To understand how the Services are used, identify areas for improvement, analyze engagement patterns, and develop new features or content.
Security and fraud prevention. To protect the Services, detect and prevent unauthorized access, monitor for abuse of community guidelines or intellectual property violations, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
Legal compliance. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
We may send you occasional marketing or educational emails about new features, content updates, or promotions related to CTM. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications necessary for the operation of your account.
CTM does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We have never sold personal data and have no plans to do so.
We may share your information with the following categories of third parties, strictly as necessary to operate the Services:
Payment processors. Stripe processes all payment transactions on our behalf. Stripe receives your billing information necessary to complete transactions and is subject to its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
Hosting and infrastructure. Our website and services are hosted by third-party providers that may process your data as part of delivering the Services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes of providing their services to CTM.
Community platforms. Discord hosts our private community. Your Discord username and activity within the CTM server are subject to Discord’s own privacy policy. CTM does not control data collected by Discord outside of the CTM server.
Email services. We use third-party email services to send transactional and marketing communications. These providers receive your email address and name as necessary to deliver messages on our behalf.
Analytics. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar services) to understand how the Services are used. These tools may collect anonymized or pseudonymized usage data. Where possible, we configure analytics tools to minimize the collection of personally identifiable information.
Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of CTM’s assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Active accounts. Account information, payment history, and usage data are retained for the duration of your active membership and for a reasonable period thereafter to support account reactivation and address any post-cancellation inquiries.
After cancellation. Upon membership cancellation, we retain your basic account information (name, email, payment history) for a minimum of three (3) years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes. Course access and community permissions are revoked upon cancellation or expiration of the paid period.
Communication records. Support correspondence and community communications may be retained for record-keeping and dispute resolution purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 06). Certain data may be retained as required by law even after a deletion request is fulfilled.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:
