These terms govern your use of the Conquering the Markets program, website, community, and all related services.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Prive Information Services Inc, doing business as Conquer Trading & Investing and Conquering The Markets (“CTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the CTM website (conquertrades.com), the Conquering the Markets educational program, all associated tools, templates, signals, content, community platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using any part of the Services, including but not limited to creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing course materials, joining the Discord community, or using any TradingView templates provided by CTM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
CTM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
CTM provides educational content, systematic trading strategy frameworks, TradingView templates, market analysis, community access, and related tools designed to help users develop their own trading knowledge and skills.
The Services are strictly educational and informational in nature. Nothing provided through CTM constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a solicitation to engage in any specific trading strategy. CTM is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner under any federal or state regulatory framework. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
All signals, strategies, and market commentary published by CTM are uniform in nature and delivered identically to all subscribers. CTM does not manage client funds, exercise discretion over any individual’s trading account, or provide recommendations tailored to any specific person’s financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, tax obligations, and any restrictions on trading digital assets or leveraged financial instruments.
Access to certain features of the Services requires you to create an account and purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify CTM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Membership tiers. CTM offers monthly and yearly membership plans. Each plan grants access to the program materials, community, and tools as described on the membership page at the time of purchase. Specific inclusions may vary by tier and are subject to change. CTM will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes to membership benefits.
One account per person. Each membership is for a single individual. You may not share your account credentials, login access, course materials, TradingView templates, or any other proprietary content with any other person. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
Recurring billing. Memberships are subscription-based and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing a membership, you authorize CTM to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period.
Price changes. CTM reserves the right to adjust membership pricing at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals occurring after the effective date of the change. Active members will be notified of pricing changes in advance of their next renewal.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting CTM directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Services through the remainder of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Refund policy. Due to the digital nature of the Services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at CTM’s sole discretion. To request a refund, contact CTM within 14 days of your initial purchase.
All content, materials, strategies, methodologies, trading systems, TradingView Pine Script code, templates, course modules, market analysis, videos, graphics, branding, and any other intellectual property provided through the Services are owned by Prive Information Services Inc and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited license. Upon purchasing a membership, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and associated materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content or materials.
TradingView scripts. Access to CTM’s proprietary TradingView Pine Script strategies is provided on an invite-only basis as part of your active membership. These scripts are proprietary trade secrets. You may not copy, share, screenshot, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying logic of any script. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of any script, in whole or in part, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access and pursuit of all available legal remedies.
No redistribution. You may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make available any CTM content, materials, templates, signals, or strategies to any third party by any means, including but not limited to screen recording, screenshotting, forwarding, reposting, uploading to other platforms, or verbal communication of proprietary methodology. This applies to all content regardless of format or delivery method.
As a member of the CTM community, including the private Discord server and any other communication channels provided, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the community and termination of your membership without refund:
Harassment and abuse. Any form of harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior directed at other members, CTM staff, or any other person.
Spam and solicitation. Unsolicited promotion of products, services, other trading programs, referral links, or any commercial solicitation not expressly authorized by CTM.
Sharing proprietary content. Sharing, forwarding, or redistributing any CTM proprietary content, strategies, signals, templates, or Pine Script code within or outside the community.
Impersonation. Impersonating CTM, its founder, staff, or other members, or misrepresenting your affiliation with CTM in any way.
Illegal activity. Using the community to facilitate, promote, or discuss any illegal activity, including but not limited to market manipulation, insider trading, or fraud.
Automated execution on CTM signals. Building, deploying, or operating any automated execution system, bot, or service that directly executes trades based on CTM signals for third parties or on behalf of others without express written authorization from CTM. This includes any service that converts CTM educational signals into a managed-account or copy-trading product.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire invested capital. Leveraged instruments, digital assets, and high-volatility equities carry additional elevated risks.
Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical/backtested, is not indicative of future results. No trading system or methodology can guarantee profits or the elimination of losses.
Any performance figures, return targets, or benchmarks referenced by CTM are based on historical analysis and are aspirational in nature. They do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or projection of future performance.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with any trading or investment decision and for determining whether any strategy is appropriate for your financial situation. CTM strongly recommends consulting a licensed financial professional before making any trading or investment decisions.
For complete risk disclosures, please review our Important Disclosures & Risk Warning page.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prive Information Services Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and community members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if CTM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, CTM’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to CTM for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. CTM does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prive Information Services Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your trading or investment decisions; or (e) any content you post or share through the community platforms.
Termination by you. You may terminate your account and stop using the Services at any time by canceling your membership through your account settings or by contacting CTM directly.
Termination by CTM. CTM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where CTM reasonably believes you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Services, including all course materials, community platforms, TradingView scripts, and templates, will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.
The Services may integrate with, reference, or require the use of third-party platforms, including but not limited to TradingView, Discord, WordPress, Stripe, and various brokerage platforms. CTM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party service.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the respective terms and conditions and privacy policies of those services. CTM is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, security, or practices of any third-party service, and you use them at your own risk.
CTM does not have access to, custody of, or control over your brokerage accounts, funds, or trading activity. Any connection between CTM signals and your brokerage account (including through third-party automation services) is established and managed entirely by you at your own discretion and risk.
CTM collects and processes personal information in connection with the Services, including but not limited to account registration data, payment information, usage data, and communications within the community. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.
CTM will not sell your personal information to third parties. CTM may share information with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and hosting services) as necessary to operate the Services. CTM will take commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for any information you choose to share publicly within the community platforms. CTM is not responsible for the actions of other members with respect to information you make publicly available.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact CTM directly to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.
Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Colorado. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CTM.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Important Disclosures & Risk Warning and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CTM with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Waiver. The failure of CTM to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CTM.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of CTM. CTM may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Force majeure. CTM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure failures, exchange outages, or market disruptions.
